When will my order be shipped?
We strive to get your new Bagular bag to you as quickly as possible, so we promptly ship most items within 1-2 business days. Please provide us with your current email address at checkout, so that we can notify you of the shipping date and tracking information.
When will I receive my order?
These are the average delivery times:
- Lithuania: 2-6 days
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
- US: 2-4 weeks
- Other: 2-4 weeks
*Please note that due to unexpected circumstances, COVID-19, customs, and during holidays, shipping times can be delayed. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Where are you located?
We are proud to be an individually owned, small business located in Vilnius, Lithuania. By shopping with us, you are supporting an independently owned, Lithuanian based small business.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Will I have to pay customs fee?
We do not charge additional fees - however, rules and regulations can vary from country to country. Some countries add customs duties and taxes for shipping personal items. Please check your local regulations for information regarding your area. Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes and duties.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
We want you to love your new Bagular bag – for that reason, we will cheerfully accept returns for up to 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns past that time.

When will I receive my refund?
We will begin the return process as soon as the item is received. We will send you an email update letting you know when we have received your return item. Normal processing times are 2-4 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider; refunds typically appear within 6-10 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com.
What is the status of my order?
We will provide you with shipping and tracking information as soon as your item(s) has shipped. Please provide us with a current email address so that we may keep you updated. The tracking number will show you the progress of your order. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days from the time your order is scanned by the carrier until you have updated information.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, you have 12 hours to make any changes. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your issue and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, after the 12-hours window we will not be able to make any changes to your order. This is due to our short processing times in the warehouse.
How do I take care of faux leather?
- Don't put your bag into washing machine or clothes dryer
- Clean any dirt gently with a damp cloth, baby wipes or with warm water with mild soap.
- Store your bag in a dark and dry place

Is faux leather water-resistant?
Our faux leather is water-resistant, but not waterproof. It can be worn in the rain, however, in order to keep your bag in perfect shape for longer, it is advised to keep bags, backpacks and purses in a dry place.
